I was so touched tonight when my bishop gave me your CD as a gift. We are adopting a daughter with Down syndrome from Russia and so I am trying to learn some Russian to be able to communicate with her. These songs brought me so much peace. As I listened to them I thought of my sweet little girl sitting all alone in an institution and prayed that angles are singing these songs to her right now and letting her know she is not alone. I listened to your new CD in its entirety today. Beautiful!! I was very touched by the Spirit as I listened to your inspiring arrangements of those hymns. We gave your CD to my parents for Christmas and my mom called me after listening to it and couldn't stop crying. She, too, was touched by the Spirit. You should be proud of what you've put together.

Once I was sitting in sacrament meeting at my single's ward many years ago. I remember Lara singing "His Hands" to the congregation during sacrament service. I remember well because I had never heard it before and it was so beautiful. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. She completely captured the powerful feeling of the message. I was so excited about the music I went out and bought it immediately. You can imagine my disappointed when I heard the woman's rendition on the recording. It was weak and pathetic. No guts to the song. Lara made you feel every word. I've never heard it's equal. So when will you put that one up on your website to be downloaded? I'd be all over that!
